Mabel is a real Jersey cow in Oregon where she enjoys her beautiful, green meadows. She belongs to my friends and I painted this for them, and made the prints available for jersey cow fans everywhere.

Fine art giclee prints of Northshore Lake Pontchartrain in Mandeville, LA. The Shack was a remnant of a fishing pier long gone, but this part remained for many years as an iconic right of passage to swim out and jump off the top for only those brave enough to do so. Sadly, Hurricane Katrina took it from us, so I felt the need to paint this for those who remember or at least get to hear the stories.
From our trip to the Gulf Islands National Seashore where you find white sandy beaches, sea oats growing and protecting the shoreline and nice sunny days. This interpretation I painted was a stormy version with wind and threatening clouds as is often the case in the Gulf south. The original painting is 11"x14" oil on canvas.

This is the tunnel on Malibu Canyon that was built in 1951/52 to connect the valley to the ocean. At that time there was not an easy way to drive from the 134 freeway to PCH Hwy 1. The tunnel was needed to avoid a dangerous curve that would go around this massive solid rock formation. Every time I drive this, its exciting when the tunnel finally appears on this mountain road.
